Depending on the reason for the return and the condition of the product,
There may be several options available to you.

Original tags attached, never worn or washed.
- You will be responsible for paying shipping charges on any returns or exchanges.
- Refunds for store credit only.
- If you would like to return an item for any reason other than damaged or improperly packaged products, we can issue a store credit in the form of an electronic code that you can use for a future purchase. The store credit applied is for the purchase price of the product only and does not include any shipping fees charged for shipping. The store credit code does not expire and can be used with a discount code.
- You will have 15 days from the delivery of your package to submit a return claim to customer service.
- If a product has been replaced once, it cannot be replaced again.
- If a product you receive is damaged during shipping, or is not what you ordered, we can send a replacement. We will provide a prepaid return label to our US customers to retrieve the item. We cannot ship the replacement item until our warehouse receives the returned item.
- If the item you wish to return was ordered more than 14 days ago, the item is no longer available for sale, or if the item was purchased using store credit as part of a previous exchange, we will not be able to accept the return or issue a refund for any reason.
- Once your RA # is approved, you have 10 days to receive your return at our warehouse. If we do not receive your refund within 10 days, your RA # will be automatically cancelled
- If the item was purchased during a sale event, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

To begin processing any type of return, please contact our customer service team and provide your name, order number and reason for returning the product.
You can contact us by filling out the contact form on this page. Once we have received the product and the return has been processed by our warehouse, we can issue the exchange or store credit to your account. Please note that we are unable to accept customer returned returns at any of our warehouse locations.
